How Tamaga handles contact, newsletter signup, Snapshot requests, and the data boundary of the tamaga.systems website.

Tamaga tries to collect less data, not more.

Tamaga is currently operated through BlueMelon.

Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].

The website

The public tamaga.systems website is a static-first site served through Cloudflare. It does not require a visitor account, marketing profile, or behavioral advertising.

The website does not place a Plunk credential in the browser. It does not load advertising trackers.

Tamaga uses a third-party analytics service for basic, aggregate traffic measurement, including visits, pages, referrers, and configured goals. The implementation does not enable session replay, click maps, link-click tracking, or form analysis. The analytics service may process technical and usage information according to its own terms and privacy documentation.

You can turn optional analytics off at any time through the Privacy choices control in the footer. The preference is stored in your browser and prevents the analytics tag from being initialized on later page loads in that browser.

Contact and Snapshot requests

If you email Tamaga, the message may include the name, email address, role or organization, property or platform website, message content, and attachments that you choose to send. We use that information to understand and respond to the inquiry.

The Seven-Version Snapshot form asks for contact and property context, one consequential fact or condition, and a required privacy acknowledgement. The form sends those details to a Tamaga-operated Snapshot Worker so the request can be reviewed and answered. Optional newsletter and research preferences are kept separate from the required acknowledgement.

Do not send payment-card data, account passwords, API keys, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive guest information through the form or ordinary email.

Scheduling

If you select “Book a short conversation”, you leave tamaga.systems and use Cal.com to arrange a time. Cal.com receives the booking details you choose to provide, including your name, email address, and any optional website or conversation context requested on that booking page. Tamaga uses those details only to prepare for and hold the requested conversation. A Cal.com booking is not a newsletter subscription.

Newsletter

The footer newsletter is optional. When you submit an email address, the browser sends it to a Tamaga-owned newsletter endpoint. The endpoint uses Plunk to start a double opt-in confirmation flow; the contact remains unsubscribed until you confirm through the email.

Newsletter messages may involve the email service’s ordinary delivery and engagement processing according to the configured newsletter project. This is separate from behavioral analytics on the website. A confirmation request is not the same as an immediate subscription.

Technical request data

Cloudflare serves the website and may process basic technical request information to deliver pages, protect the service, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse. This notice does not promise a particular log format or retention period.

The fictional demo

Tamaga Hotel is a product demonstration, not a real accommodation service. It uses synthetic scenarios and should not require or create real guest identity, payment information, billing profiles, identity documents, or hotel reservation data.

Do not enter real personal or payment data into the demonstration. The fictional property, room, policy, and representation data are demonstration content and not records about real travelers or real hotel operations.

How information is used and retained

Tamaga uses contact and Snapshot information only as needed to review a request, respond to a question, discuss possible work, maintain relevant correspondence, or meet applicable obligations. A separate public retention period for these submissions has not been established.

Tamaga does not sell personal data to advertisers. Service providers may process information where necessary to operate the website, hosting, security, email, or newsletter flow.

Privacy requests

Depending on the law that applies to you and to the processing, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or another applicable privacy right. Write to [email protected] with enough information for us to understand the request. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request that affects personal data.

When Tamaga adds or changes a form provider, scheduling provider, analytics, newsletter service, hosting architecture, or another material data flow, this notice should be reviewed and updated.
